Sharon had been buying, selling and developing real estate elsewhere for 25 years, before joining Pall Spera Company in 2004, which is now known as Lang McLaughry Spera — the largest independent real estate firm in Vermont. She enjoys Vermont for all the usual outdoor reasons, plus the diversity. “We have a great mix of people here — the relaxed visitors enjoying their leisure time, and those who live and/or work in our communities.”
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional—integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of Sharon’s work.A true businesswoman, she comes across equally advocate and salesperson - her intense awareness and definite ideas bode well for her customers, as evidenced by her receipt of the 2007 Daniel Webster and President Awards for units and volume sold.
Sharon exudes excitement over her profession. “I love this business, I love houses, and I love land, but the best part is helping people.”
